We all experience emotional difficulties in our lives, and often at these times we rely on family and friends to help us out. Sometimes, however, this is not enough and we need a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space in which to explore our experiences and issues.
Asking for help can be difficult. You may feel that you should be able to cope on your own or you may feel embarrassed. Maybe you are struggling so much it is hard to imagine that things can improve. This is when Counselling Psychology can help.
